My goodness, Adam the majority of retail ODs would welcome a kid who can actually utilize a flange lens (of any kind), but particularly a pan-fundus, or a gonio......with some expertise?
Honestly, I've seen too many "mis-diagnosed" glaucoma over the past 31 years........nearly 100% originated from WallyWorld......or some similar situation where the O.D. was forced to see WAY too many folks in too

Much of what we deal with in health care is auto-immune, or induced inflammatory disease. Much of that is preventable, or can be reduced, via lifestyle modifications. Examples include simple carbohydrates like high fructose corn syrup. Here's a recent article delineating increased risk of coronary heart disese (CHD) caused by sodas. One can of pop per day seems to raise CHD risk by 20%!
